HR/Ops Position with Recruiting Activity

Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an HR/Ops professional with Recruiting Activity with NEOKingdom DAO. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, and policy development. The professional will be required to liaise with the hiring managers of other teams to design and deliver talent, HR solutions & initiatives and to ensure that they are properly implemented to meet business needs.


  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience in human resources management with specific knowledge and experience in recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, assessing, and selecting candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to work
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Interest in working in a decentralized, web3 centric environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Develop On-boarding processes for new contributors.
